Job Description:

Work Strata is recruiting hardworking and dedicated Support Workers for its clients leading care organisation to join its team at their state-of-the-art site in Sheffield.
 
Successful candidates will be an important part of our team and will provide vital support to our residents; daily responsibilities will include working with residents between the ages of 20 –50 with various challenges including mental health, ADHD, autism and complex learning difficulties, supporting with a range of activities including puzzles, games and sports, adhering to health and safety, liaising with residents, families and colleagues in a polite and professional manner and keeping an active record of daily activities.
