Client Support Administrator
Wakefield | £25,000-£26,000 | Office-based

An established St. James's Place Partner Practice in Wakefield is looking for a Client Support Administrator to join their team.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys keeping things organised, helping people and making sure the details are taken care of. You'll work closely with the advisers and wider team, helping ensure clients receive a smooth, professional service.

Full training available for those who need.

What will you be doing?
Your role will cover a varied mix of administration and client support, including:

• Responding to client and provider enquiries, keeping people updated and chasing outstanding information.
• Supporting new business applications, transfers and pension-related paperwork.
• Preparing documentation and correspondence, ensuring everything is accurate and completed within the right timescales.
• Maintaining client records and keeping internal systems up to date.
• Helping the wider team manage their workload and ensuring nothing gets missed.

 
Who would suit this role?
You might already have experience in financial services administration, or you could be working in a general administration or customer service role and looking to take the next step.

What matters most is that you're organised, have a good eye for detail and communicate confidently with people. You'll need to be comfortable managing different priorities, following things through and taking pride in getting the details right.

Financial services experience would be useful, but it isn't essential. Training will be provided, with the opportunity to develop your knowledge of financial planning and build a longer-term career in the sector.
