CNC Machinist (Milling or Turning)

£40,000 - £46,000 + Overtime OTE £62,000 + Days Based + Monday to Friday + Company Benefits

Are you a CNC Machinist with programming experience looking for a role with great work life balance, in a well-established company offering a stable, long-term, days-based role, and the opportunity to greatly boost your earnings with plenty of optional overtime?

In this role you will be working with milling machines and lathes including setting, operating and programming, working out as an equal split of all three. You will be working with mild steels, and aluminium, on a wide variety of products, making each day varied and interesting.

It is a 39-hour week working Monday to Friday from 6am to 2pm, with the opportunity for up to 10 hours a week of overtime, paid at time and a half.

This business has been going 50 years, and is a specialist precision engineering and fabrication company, feeding into a variety of industries including aerospace, motorsport, marine, and oil and gas. They have 3 workshops totaling 45,000 square feet, and they keep the space very clean.

This role would suit a CNC Machinist with programming experience, looking for long-term stability within an established business, sociable daytime hours and the opportunity to increase their earnings through overtime.

The Role:

• Setting, operating, and programming milling machines and lathes (equal split)
• Manufacturing mild steel and aluminium components
• Training available on milling machines or lathes
• Monday to Friday, 6am-2pm, 39hrs/week
