Experienced Paint Sprayer or Paint Prepper looking to take the next step?

If you have experience preparing, masking, priming or spray painting manufactured components and take pride in producing a high-quality finish, we would like to hear from you.
The Role
Working within a specialist paint facility, you will be involved in preparing and applying high-quality paint finishes to precision-engineered aerospace components.
Depending on your experience, duties will include:
Preparing components for painting, including cleaning, sanding, masking and surface preparation.
Applying primers and topcoats using spray painting equipment, including HVLP spray guns.
Mixing paints and primers to the required specifications.
Checking finished components for quality, coverage and consistency.
Maintaining spray guns, equipment and work areas.
Following technical instructions, quality procedures and health and safety requirements.
Learning specialist aerospace painting processes and techniques.

Industrial spray painting of metal components, machinery or equipment.
Aerospace spray painting or surface finishing.
Paint preparation, masking, sanding and priming.
Working with spray guns, primers, coatings or specialist paint finishes.
You don't need to be an experienced aerospace sprayer. If you're a capable Paint Prepper with the right attitude, attention to detail and a genuine interest in learning to spray, training and development can be provided.
You will need to be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment, following technical instructions and producing work to a consistently high standard.
Please note: This is a specialist manufacturing spray-finishing position and is not suitable for general painters and decorators without relevant spray-finishing experience.
