Job Description:

Temporary Staffing Agency (TSA) is recruiting an experienced Senior MSK Physiotherapist to support a private corporate healthcare service in Swindon on a locum basis.

Start Date: December 2026
Duration: 12 Months (Maternity Leave Cover)
Location: Swindon
Hours: 15 Hours Per Week
Working Pattern: 2 Days Per Week (Flexible)
Rate: £33 PAYE per hour + Holiday Pay  

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced MSK Physiotherapist to work directly onsite with a corporate client, delivering high-quality musculoskeletal assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation services. You will work independently as the onsite Physiotherapist, managing a varied MSK caseload and providing evidence-based interventions to support employee wellbeing, recovery, and workplace function.  

This role is ideally suited to a Physiotherapist with previous Occupational Health experience or someone interested in developing their career within an Occupational Health environment.

Requirements

• HCPC-registered Physiotherapist
• Previous experience within Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and Occupational Health within the UK
• Strong assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation skills
• Ability to manage a caseload independently
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working in a lone-working environment
• Strong organisational and documentation skills
• Occupational Health experience is desirable but not essential
• Must have the right to work in the UK for the full duration of the assignment
