An award-winning multidisciplinary design practice is seeking an experienced Project Architect to join its expanding team. The practice delivers innovative and technically challenging projects across a diverse range of sectors, including residential, commercial, retail, healthcare, leisure, student accommodation and mixed-use developments throughout the UK. With a strong focus on design quality, technical excellence and collaborative working, the successful candidate will play a key role in leading projects from concept through to completion, working closely with clients, consultants and internal teams. Daily Duties

• Lead architectural projects from concept design through to completion.
• Manage project programmes, deliverables and design coordination.
• Prepare and review planning, technical and construction drawing packages.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and wider project teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered in line with programme, budget and quality requirements.
• Oversee compliance with UK Building Regulations, planning requirements and industry standards.
• Mentor and support junior members of the architectural team.
• Attend client meetings, design reviews and site visits as required.
• Contribute to project problem-solving and technical design development throughout all project stages.

Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Architect with relevant post-qualification experience delivering projects in the UK.
• Experience leading projects through multiple RIBA work stages.
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction methods.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and/or Revit, with BIM experience advantageous.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Collaborative and proactive approach to project delivery.
• Comfortable working in a fully office-based role, five days per week.
• Ambitious individual seeking long-term career progression within a multidisciplinary practice.
