Recruitment Resourcer/Talent Coordinator

V-Recruit is a specialist recruitment company, focusing on providing exceptional services to clients and candidates within the construction Industry, and general business services sectors.

With a wealth of experience spanning over a decade, in multiple-sector recruitment, we are knowledgeable, passionate, and thorough in all services that we offer.

We are looking to expand our current team, by employing another Recruitment Resourcer whose main duties will include sourcing and vetting appropriately experienced candidates to fill our temporary and permanent vacancies.

Role Overview

• Resourcing and actively searching for candidates to fill both temporary and permanent vacancies using our internal CRM system, but also various other platforms.
• Advertising vacancies, and managing applications
• Vetting candidates, including completing verbal references, right to work checks, qualification checks and obtaining extensive candidate background information over the phone
• Assisting in the dayto-day activities of the business, including registering candidates, taking incoming telephone calls, chasing timesheets where required, as well as potentially assisting with other payroll and administrative duties
• Account management of existing and future company clients, ensuring that exceptional customer service is always given
• Always being mindful of lead generation and identifying future business for the company by passing on/following up leads generated as part of candidate screening & referencing etc.

Package Specifics

• This is a fulltime role, Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.30am and 5pm. Overtime will be required during busy periods to meet business demand. This will be given back to you in Lieu, or if agreed prior, paid in addition to salary.
• £26,500 - £28k per annum, depending on experience, plus uncapped bonus 
• Excellent, uncapped bonus potential for consultants, but also for successful Resourcers.
• 28 days per annum annual leave (including public bank holidays), increasing with service up to 33 days per annum

The Person

• We are looking to employ a hardworking, dedicated, and resilient individual who is passionate about recruitment, and providing exceptional services to both clients and candidates
• The people who have succeeded within our business have been from fastpaced environments such as Hospitality, Catering, Internal Recruitment etc. Previous experience in either Construction or Commercial/Business Services recruitment is advantageous although full training can be given to the right candidate.
• For this role you must be able to work under pressure, and must be able to work efficiently in a fast paced, everchanging environment, whilst maintaining exceptional standards of service
• You must be selfmotivated, and be used to working to deadlines
• You must be dynamic, selfaware, and personable, who can work within and add value to a small team
• You must be a teamplayer, who will assist with other areas of the business where required
