Sales and Customer Service Administrator – Chesterfield – £26,000

Chase & Holland are excited to be working with a long standing and trusted manufacturing organisation who are currently looking to recruit a Sales and Customer Service Administrator to join their friendly team. This is a service led organisation who strives to put the customer at the centre of everything they do. You will be responsible for order processing and customer service. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to work for a growing organisation with in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities of the Sales and Customer Service Administrator:

• Providing an effective and comprehensive service to customers
• Processing customer orders within agreed timescales
• Answering customer enquires via phone and email
• Providing excellent product knowledge (training given)
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
• Ad hoc administration duties as required

Required Skills & Experience

• Full training will be provided
• Strong IT Skills
• Customer service experience
• Excellent attention to detail
