Recruitment Pro are proud to be working in partnership with a well-established engineering services client based in Rotherham. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Sales & Marketing Executive to support business development and brand growth.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and commercially minded individual who enjoys working in a varied role, combining marketing, sales support and content creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality presentations, proposals and tender documents to support business development
• Assist in the preparation and submission of PQQs, RFQs and formal tenders
• Develop and manage marketing materials, including brochures, case studies and company profiles
• Plan and deliver social media campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn and other relevant channels
• Maintain and update the company website and online presence
• Support lead generation activities and identify new business opportunities
• Work closely with internal teams to gather technical information for bids and marketing content
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Monitor and report on marketing performance and campaign effectiveness
• Ensure all branding and communications are consistent and aligned with company values

Skills & Experience Required

• Previous experience in a sales, marketing, or bid/tender support role
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce professional documentation
• Experience creating presentations and marketing collateral
• Familiarity with social media marketing and digital campaigns
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Desirable (Not Essential)

• Experience within an engineering, construction or technical environment
• Knowledge of tender portals and bid processes
• Experience with design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe, or similar)
• Basic understanding of SEO and website management
