The Role: Service Scheduler
We are recruiting an experienced Service Scheduler to join a professional and supportive Customer Service and Operations team. You will be responsible for coordinating engineer schedules, managing service bookings and ensuring smooth workflow across the business.
This role requires a minimum of 18 months’ experience in scheduling, service coordination or a similar administrative role.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service Excellence Provide timely and professional support to customers and internal teams, ensuring all enquiries are handled in line with service expectations.
Scheduling & Workflow Coordination Plan and allocate engineer diaries, ensuring efficient routing, timely service delivery and minimal downtime.
First‑contact resolution Handle inbound service calls, logging all details accurately and aiming to resolve queries on the first interaction.
Administrative Ownership Manage service bookings, follow‑up work, job sheets and contract updates within the job management system.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration Work closely with engineers, operations, sales and accounts teams to support workflow and resolve job‑related queries.
Customer Updates & Communication Keep customers informed on job progress, remedial work and scheduling changes, ensuring clear and proactive communication.
What You Will Bring
