Job Description:

IT Support Analyst & Infrastructure Engineer

1st & 2nd Line Support, Networking and managment

Opportunity to join a UK company who are leaders in the travel sector.

Work includes:

• 1st & 2nd line desktop support
• Infrastructure support and management with O365, Intune, Azure Entra
• Networking Routers and connected devices
• Management of 3rd party suppliers

Skills and experience required:

• Strong skills with Office 365, Intune, Azure
• Mid level Networking skills with Routers (e.g CISCO), worked with TCP/IP services etc
• Experience with Active Directory is beneficial but not essential
• Confidence to manage 3rd parties (e.g outsource support services)
• Customer Support friendly
