What Will You Be Doing?

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Support teachers with classroom activities and lesson delivery.

• Work with individual pupils and small groups to support their learning and development.

• Gain practical experience in classroom management, communication and behaviour support.

• Support children and young people with a range of learning needs and abilities.

What Are We Looking For?

To register with Tradewind Recruitment, you must:

• Hold a university degree in any subject.

• Live within South Yorkshire or the Chesterfield area.

• Be able to provide two professional references.

• Be willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS check and meet all relevant safeguarding requirements.

• Be prepared to complete essential training in Safeguarding, Child Protection and Professional Classroom Conduct.

• Demonstrate a professional, reliable and enthusiastic approach to working with children and young people.

• Have excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn.
