Technical Claims Handler
Location: Rotherham
Salary: £24,000 – £26,500 + Uncapped Bonus
Hours: Full Time

The Opportunity
Elevation Recruitment Group are recruiting on behalf of a growing claims management business that provides specialist claims support to insurance brokers and insurers across the UK. The Role
As a Technical Claims Handler, you'll manage a portfolio of motor claims, investigating liability, negotiating with Third Party Insurers, and progressing claims through to resolution while delivering the best possible customer and commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of motor claims from start to finish.
• Investigate liability and review supporting evidence.
• Negotiate liability and settlements with Third Party Insurers.
• Identify and pursue recovery opportunities.
• Liaise with insurers, solicitors, engineers, brokers, and customers.
• Maintain accurate claim records and ensure FCA compliance.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service throughout the claims journey.

About You

• Previous motor claims handling experience.
• Knowledge of liability and recovery processes.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• The ability to manage a busy caseload with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience within credit hire or claims management is advantageous.
