Internal Telesales Executive

Salary: £30,000–£35,000 per annum + Bonus

We're working with an established, family-run business that is looking for a driven, focused and commercially minded Internal Telesales Executive to join its friendly, down-to-earth team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 1 years' experience in sales, cold calling or new business development who thrives on picking up the phone, building relationships and winning new customers. We're looking for someone who is proactive, resilient and motivated by targets, with the determination to create opportunities and deliver results.

What will you be doing as an Internal Telesales Executive?

• Generating new leads by researching businesses and identifying potential customers from scratch.

• Making outbound calls to introduce the business and its products to new prospects.

• Building rapport with customers across a variety of industries, including construction, industrial, education, hospitality and more.

• Arranging qualified appointments for senior members of the external sales team.

• Identifying opportunities, preparing quotations and winning business directly over the phone.

• Following up on enquiries and quotations to turn interest into sales.

• Exploring opportunities with existing customers and introducing them to additional products and services.

• Keeping customer records and sales opportunities up to date.

• Working towards achievable sales and appointment-setting targets as part of a supportive team.

What are we looking for from an Internal Telesales Executive?

• At least 1 years' experience in sales, cold calling, telesales or new business development.

• A proven ability to generate leads, build a pipeline and create new business opportunities.

• Confident speaking to new people and comfortable making outbound calls.

• Driven, focused and motivated to achieve and exceed targets.

• Resilient and able to handle rejection while maintaining a positive, professional approach.
