We're recruiting for a Trainee Assistant Site Manager to join a successful residential development in Chesterfield. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with the right attitude, work ethic and ambition to learn from an experienced Site Manager and develop a long-term career within the housebuilding industry.
This role is perfect for someone looking to take their first step into site management. Previous Assistant Site Manager experience is not required.

• Keen to build a long-term career in site management.
• Construction graduates, college leavers, trainee supervisors, site operatives and ambitious tradespeople looking to come off the tools are all encouraged to apply.
• SSSTS qualification is desirable but not essential. Candidates willing to complete the qualification will be considered.
