The Role
We are looking for a driven and personable Trainee Education Recruitment Consultant to join our Barnsley team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a rewarding career in recruitment, particularly individuals with a background in education.

You will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with schools and education professionals, matching candidates to roles, and supporting schools with their staffing needs.

Working Hours

• Term time: 8:00am – 4:00pm
• Reduced hours during school holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining relationships with schools and education staff
• Sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in roles
• Managing client accounts and delivering recruitment solutions
• Meeting and exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment
• Providing a high level of customer service to both clients and candidates
