Job Description:

IMH Recruiting are seeking a Contracts Coordinator to join our well-established client based in Dodworth, Barnsley.

The Role

As a Contracts Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish. You will be responsible for coordinating works, liaising with clients and contractors, and ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Organising and coordinating daily work schedules
• Liaising with clients and contract partners
• Communicating with tradespeople to ensure work is completed efficiently
• Gathering photographic evidence and site documentation
• Completing and submitting project paperwork
• Monitoring project progress and resolving any issues that arise
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with contract requirements

About You

We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Essential/Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience working within the social housing sector is highly desirable
• Experience within the energy or utilities sector would be advantageous
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• A proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills
• Confident using Microsoft Office and other computer systems
