Job Description:

• Salary: £33,671.04 per annum
• Full Time, Permanent 
• Working hours: Three Shift System (Days, Afters & Nights)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Machine Operative to join a successful manufacturing business. The role involves operating machinery, supporting production processes, and ensuring products are manufactured safely and to the highest quality standards.

• Operate and monitor production machinery.
• Set up and adjust machinery as required.
• Carry out quality checks and maintain production standards.
• Work with polymer materials and complete butt fusion processes.
• Identify and report production issues.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.

• Previous machine operating experience within manufacturing.
• Essential: Polymer and butt fusion experience.
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work a three-shift rotation.
